Sigh. Tweaked my knee, lost a week and a half.

I'd gotten to W6/D3 and decided to do it a second time, and ended up jacking my knee up. Took about a week and a half off -- I want to get back out there but I also don't want to hurt myself -- so back at it tomorrow. I think I'll just re-do W6, make sure those walking breaks are build it the first couple of days.

Getting close to the goal, this was an annoying set back!
