W5D3 - so close...

I took two weeks for week 5 (a full week of D1 and two days of D2) before attempting D3 today. I ended up walking for about 30 seconds right after the halfway point, to catch my breath, but I ran the rest of the time. On one hand, I'm celebrating because this is the most I've run - like, ever in my life! I never could have imagined this a few months ago. On the other hand, I'm pretty bummed that I couldn't quite make it.
I'm inclined to move on to W6, and try again on W6D3. Anyone have advice?
