Since starting C25K I've lost 12 pounds!!

Since starting C25K 7 weeks ago (okay, technically it was 8 and a half weeks ago...none of us are perfect, and getting busy is a thing!! Anyway, after today I'll be on week 8), I've lost 12 pounds.

I'm a 5'2" female, started at 173 (my highest weight since freshman year of college six years ago...) and I'm down to 161 pounds as of today!!!

But mostly I'm just proud of myself for keeping up with the regime. I never thought I'd make it this far. Now I'm continuing out of pure stubbornness.

Oh also, once in a while I get these pains at the back of my right hamstring...I've been stretching more and had no problems yesterday so I'm gonna hope the stretching helps. I blame the treadmill but then...I always blame the treadmill. ;)
