When I started this I started it half-heartedly, thinking that in the end I'd give up when I had to run more than I wanted to.
Yesterday I ran 8km/h for 15 minutes. I'm doing so much more than I ever thought I would.
Since started Couch to 5K and implementing my own diet and other workouts, I have lost 4 kilograms (~9 pounds). I've got a long way to go, but I think this is an excellent start. I'm so proud of myself for getting this far.
You just have to keep pushing. At the end of the day, you have to force yourself to go running even when your brain says no. You have to commit to the challenge. Force yourself to go to the end.
I just saw down and made a schedule for my week on paper because this week is so busy and I didn't know when I would get my four jogs in. But I'm setting aside time and then some for working out.
Trust me when I say if I can do it, you can.
Good luck everyone!
