Week 3 runs feel too easy to me now, but W4 runs are not yet possible, so I've decided to go off-plan and create a W3.5 for myself. It consists of four repetitions of run 3 min/walk 90 sec. Doing a W3 run leaves me feeling like I could have done significantly more, but attempting a W4 run leaves me gasping for air and my heart rate in the stratosphere long before I'm done. This one left me just on the edge of that feeling when I completed it, so it seems about right.
More importantly, however, consistency: I now have a two-week streak of doing all three days each week -- I hadn't done that since October, so that's huge for me.
