On Monday I attempted W4D1 (see http://www.reddit.com/r/C25K/comments/2sb303/inconsistency_sucks/) and couldn't hack it (I did three of the four running periods, but the third one left me gulping for air), so I dialed it back to week 3 today and finished and felt MUCH less like I was about to die of a heart attack than I did on Monday. I'm counting my most-of-W4D1 from Monday as W3D1, so this was W3D2. I'll do W3D3 on Friday, and try W4D1 again on Monday -- and if it sucks too badly, I'll repeat week 3.
