Getting back on track.
Post Body

I finished week 6 on July 12 and haven't posted since -- I fell off the wagon and have been running very inconsistently since. Theoretically I run three days a week, but looking back over the past 15 weeks I've averaged just a little more than once a week. But this week I managed to run all three of my scheduled days (M/W/F), so I'm celebrating that. The inconsistency has meant I've had to repeat runs and go back and re-do previous weeks. :( So I'm no longer done with week 6, but in the middle of week 5. I can barely do Week 5 Day 2, so I can tell I'm not ready to move on to Week 5 Day 3 again. But I think another week or two of consistent runs at this level should get me back there...

Any tips for maintaining motivation and consistency?
