After W6D2 I went on vacation and didn't run for a week, whereupon I repeated W6D1. Missed another run over the weekend (SOOO BUSY), but moved on to W6D2 again today anyway. Wednesday I'm due to go back to runs I haven't done before with W6D3. A little worried, since it's been so long since I did W5D3. I was really glad for the walking break today. Please tell me moving on into W7 will help get me over the hump of feeling like I need the walk breaks? On W5D3 I felt like I needed it but ignored that and jogged anyway. I'm reeeaaallly hoping that feeling goes away.
