I started this program a few months ago and hurt my knee on the second week. Since then I've tried to restarting the program but every time my knee starts hurting again. I partially tore a ligament in my knee almost a year ago and C25K aggravated the injury. When I spoke to my doctor he told me that if running hurts, then just don't run; which was spectacularly unhelpful. Anyone else with prior knee injuries get into running? Or do you have ideas on low impact alternatives? What other kinds of exercise are y'all doing?
