My calves are so tight during the first 15 to 20 minutes of a running workout and then eventually they soften up. Iโve tried my best to warm up as much as I best as my can but I canโt seem to get over this 15 to 20 minute calf tightness. I only have so much time during the morning to workout and I feel like this tightness is impeding my workouts. I stretch my calves afterwards as well. I drink lots of water and have an electrolyte mix they I drink. It really is annoying and afraid this will be a hindrance on race day.
