It's been about two years since I finished the C25K program. I was completely new to running when I started. I remember week 1 being absolutely brutal for me and I still think it's the most difficult part.
Anyway I just wanted to update that I continued running a few times per week. This morning was my first outdoor run of 2023 and it reminded me so much of this time 2 years ago when I was going through the program. I am grateful for all the encouragement I would get on this welcoming subreddit back then. :)
Sidenote, I run for fun/health/fitness (etc) and I don't try to always go faster, BUT I compared today's pace to 2 years ago and I have shaved off 2.5 minutes per km since then. Super proud of myself.
