Does anyone never developed preferences due to early depression + BDP and they don't know what to do with their lives? I'm 30m, lost in life (always have been), extremely emotionally unstable, and would be nice to share some thoughts with like-minded people around the world.

Does anyone have BPD + Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)? I'm not sure what' s actually worse, if having extreme mood swings (BPD) or my lack of capacity to focus -and therefore enjoy- on things (ADD), but I have the feeling that ADD has been the worst ever happening to me.
