Hi! Looking for advice and creative ideas to improve a scene I am planning!

I am planning a solo solitary confinement session, where I will be (mostly) locked up in a room for an entire day. I will have a schedule and intend to keep to a set of rules to give myself the
experience of being kept as a prisoner. My original plan was to do attempt 24 hours, but after receiving some advice, I am going to start smaller and work my way up over time. I am thinking 4-6 hours for my first attempt.

I will convert a spare room I have (which is currently being used mostly as storage/office space) into a sparse cell. All furniture will be removed except for my bedroll, blackout curtains are installed on the windows and will be taped to keep them secure. The door can be locked with a key from the inside.

My schedule will be divided up between "restricted cell time" and "unrestricted cell time". Restricted cell time will include extra bondage and sensory deprivation. Unrestricted cell time will not, and I will be able to freely move about my cell. I plan to leave the cell only for limited bathroom breaks, and to retrieve pre-made meals from the fridge. Other than that, total confinement.

I will have a container bin for my cell phone, spare clothes, first aid kit, keys (and spares), which will be in the room with me and will be available at all times in the event of an emergency. When in bondage, I will have keys within arms reach, with spares kept in the emergency box.

I have had a hard time finding confinement fetish advice, so if anybody has attempted anything similar, would love to hear from you!
