So because of the lockdown I (28M) stated getting more creative. I tried doing something I'd call "mental bondage", I just simply stand facing the wall and set timer for 10 mins. Initially tried using it as a self punishment, but I enjoyed the afterglow so much, that I've done it again just for the sake of it.
Despite making me horny most of that 10 mins, I feel like it's very similar to regular meditation (which I tried practicing many times, but found too boring).
My thoughts do wander, often in anticipation of some teasing act I'll do after the wall time is over, but the goal is to shut them down and just survive that 10 mins. Once it's over I'm much more focused, sensitive, my mood is better.
Anyone tried something similar? Any thoughts?
