Some background and then a question.

Due to a long educational program my sub (f24) and I (m29) will be separated from each other for several months. Before leaving for the program I left her with a long term task, her log. In this I have had her log her daily food, water, and sleep. I also made the rule that she was only to masturbate once on weekdays and to maintain the log on a daily basis.

She has been good about keeping the log and has even kept track of her overages and lapses. I have all the spreadsheets with dates. What I am looking for here is some ideas from the community for good punishments/ funishment for her audit when we get back together. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
