I fucked up big time

This is my first post ever on redit and it’s because of a situation I’ve put myself in. My wife and myself are/were in a dom/sub relationship and without going into too much detail I’ve done something without consent. And I don’t know if I have ruined my relationship with her and the dynamic we had together. And I don’t know where to start in order to gain her trust back. Give me backlash give me help whatever you think I deserve. I know consent is the biggest thing in the world here and I’ve crossed a boundary that I can’t take back. I need help please.
