Fetlife: Anyone else get like ZERO tech support from them?

I've had my account "detected as a bot" and locked three times on me now.
Whenever I reach out via email to find out what's up, I never get a reply; one out of the three times it somehow got unlocked, and the other two I had to recreate my account from scratch, re-uploading all my pictures and videos, and re-adding my friends and pages and events and kinks.
Has anyone else had this much of a painful experience? Does anyone have advice?
