Experiencing subdrop and have extreme guilt about it
Post Body

I’ve been experiencing subdrop for the past 3 days after doing a scene… but I also just started my cycle so I’m sure its a combination of both. The partner I’ve been seeing has only seen me for 2.5 months and I feel like its a lot on our dynamic to be dropping and depending on care so soon in the relationship. The thing is that we do good aftercare in the moment and after a scene but I’m feeling it several hours later or day(s) later when my top is not geographically close. I feel like if it’s addressed firmly and quickly I can stop it but if it lingers I begin to spiral. Anyone have some helpful words of wisdom to share or maybe a protocol for a day or two after? This is causing me a lot of mental anguish and it’s not that I don’t want to do scenes anymore I just need a better parting protocol. When I’m given a check in, firm direction, reassurance things like that I feel it start to go away. Is there a routine you and your top/bottom follow?
