Finding an actual human being..

I'm surprised at how hard finding someone who's actually interested in having a conversation. I've been looking for someone online for a little while, and all I've found are people trying to push me into buying their OF, people demanding a "domination fee" and of course bots.. I've tried posting in the personals subreddits, and messaging the posts there that seem to fit, with no luck.. not sure where I'm getting at with this post, but anyone have any tips maybe?
