Im not really sure if this is the right place to ask for advice about this topic but as they saying goes “ask an experienced not a doctor” 🙃

Anyway , so i have been wearing a chastity cage for more than 4 years ,most of my cages are shorter than 1.5 inches and lately ive been wearing less than half an inch cage eventho my limp size is around 2 inches ,

Im only 21 yo and few months ago i noticed a painless cord like enlargement in one of my dorsal penile veins , i thought maybe that could be due to how tight my cage is and didn’t search about it , it lasted for few days then disappeared by itself .

Only 4 days ago i have noticed the same thing but this time it is more prominent and the vein is tender and a little painful when i get an erection , keep in mind i haven’t been wearing my cage for nearly a month or so , moreover today i woke up and noticed that im having the same issues in multiple veins and the thrombus is like a stone and so tough .

Im so confused and nervous about it , ive read about it online but im a little shy to visit a urologist for two reasons , first is that i have my belly pierced and secondly i live in an arabic country where such things is so uncommon and not accepted .

Please i would like an advice if anyone here heard about it before or experienced such a thing before
