How to go about paying a mistress for a session?

Hello my name is Tristan. I'm still fairly new to the BDSM world in the sense of actually participating in physical stuff. I had a Master/slave relationship for 8 months but it never progressed to where I actually was physically with her in real life. We still talked everyday and she made me burn myself once and hit the inside of my legs with a belt and stuff like that.

But now I'm kinda wondering if it would be a better idea to pay a girl for certain BDSM services. My main issues I have are this. 1 I live in a very small town like 800 people and I do not drive. For extra money is it normal/possible for a girl to be comfortable coming to my apartment? I would imagine there would have to be a certain level of connection and conversation beforehand. Asking a girl straight up to just come to my apartment seems like a shady tactic. So is there any good way to go about that? 2. I'm mentally ill so is that something that should definitely be discussed with the girl beforehand? I'm like 99% sure that's the morally right thing to do. I have schizoafective depressive disorder and a history of reactive attachment disorder fearful avoident type. Zero hallucinations just delusional thoughts. 3. Is it normal to barter for what I want specifically? Or is it more normal for the girl to have set prices and things she will do? I want to find someone who will beat me up and then chain me to a post or maybe just my bed, gag me, and then cane my back 500 times. Is that something a girl would be willing to do for the correct price? Obviously please tell me if it's in any way a big no no to try and ask them to do something they didn't say they offered in the first place. I'd imagine that's probably a huge red flag and I definitely don't want to be that guy. 4. Is this something I could potentially advertise on BDSM personals? Those are essential my most pressing questions I'd like some advice on. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
