Thank you! 😁 I know it’s not legally binding but I feel like it helps to properly establish limits for a variety of different reasons including making myself feel comfortable within the role, I feel the medical questionnaire is necessary because I wouldn’t want to exacerbate any existing injuries or make them pass out by tying them in certain positions if they had blood pressure issues etc, and a heads up if someone is prone to having seizures or fainting is always a positive 😄
I’m 90% happy with it, I think after adding the things zelwinters mentioned it’ll be perfect 😁🙌
