Buying wife's first collar, have the size, but from where? Etsy? but which one

I took too long to get here, but finally made it, trying to order my wife's first collar, I got the measurement, but now which one?
I looked at Amazon, and not sure anything there looked that nice, so trying Etsy, but so many options.
Or if there is another page I should look, please share.
