So for awhile now i keep experiencing drops after i do my tasks or in the middle of it , i end up feeling extremely low and end up overthinking a lot and be.. not so nice to myself if that makes any sense, mostly i just try and distract myself maybe watch something but it never really goes away so i try and sleep it off if i can but i was wondering if there was something i could do more when i’m alone?something more effective..? I don’t want to bother my dom because he’s working and there’s an obvious time difference and doesn’t always have time especially nowadays ( plus i’d feel like an extra burden) also if there’s a way i could at least ease it myself other than what i’m doing already?
