Wife had shown an interest but unsure where to start

My wife has shown an interest in being more sub and introducing more BDSM into our sex life. I am happy to do so but am unsure where to start. When I ask her about it she doesn’t want to talk about it and says part of it is not discussing it and just being taken. But that leaves me in a bit of a quandary as to where to start.
