Being a very dominant guy myself, I've been experiences very diverse expectations about the meaning of "being dominant"

For me being a dom is absolutely not connected with pain or being the author of controlled and painful situations: being dominant is for me being in total control of the pleasure of my partner in that specific moment. I actually express myself through extreme pleasure, not extreme pain - this doesn't necessarily mean that I'm not a passionate and/or partially rude man, but I really have the feeling that porn industry has been minimizing and manipulating the concept of domination in a very sad and "painful" stereotype.
