I have a new dom and asking me for ways to punish me

Good afternoon everyone, I am new to this lifestyle and really enjoy it. I had a dom and she was great but had to take a step back due health reasons. So I recently found a new one and we have amazing connections, however, she’s asking for script of my punishments. Now I don’t mind planning out my own punishment but I am using a lot of what my old dom used on me. First, can anyone provide some different kinds of punishment? Second, does anyone know of a video or site I can direct her to where can form her own ideas/punishment for me. As always, thank you!
