Posture Collar help

So I'm looking for a posture collar that will actually cause limited range in my ability to turn my neck. Difficulty is that my neck is super long and so the standard cheap ones don't typically hold enough in place. Does anyone have any recommendations for posture collars that will actively keep me from turning my head without turning my body?
