I don't even know if this is really the most appropriate place to post this, but im hoping some in this community will be able to empathise and maybe even have shared my experience!
Why is it so f*ing hard? To find what you're looking for? To find what you know deeply is right for you? That specific feeling of 'rightness', and feeling like you've finally come home?
I have been looking for the right Dominant for me for most of my adult life. I'm now late 30s. Of course life gets in the way, it ebbs and flows, and priorities change. I've met and been involved with lots of people in kink-world. I've had lots of great experiences, lots of rubbish ones, hell - I've even been married! But none of it has ever felt quite 'right' and I'm so tired and disillusioned and my god I'm FRUSTRATED with how elusive he has been. I KNOW in my bones, I feel it deeply, that he is out there - I just can't seem to find him. Or him me.
I feel like it's never going to happen, and have started to mull over the idea that maybe it's just not for me in this lifetime. He's gotten lost.
I know that people say, stop looking and it will find you! But I've lived with this constant awareness simmering under the surface for years and years, it never switches off, it's always there - how do you let go of that when it's so ingrained?
ANYWAY... thanks for reading my moans you lovely kinky people 😊
Happy kinking ✌️
