Navigating BDSM in a non monogamous relationship

For those of you who are non monogamous, how do you balance the two relationships? My partner is sweet and will do light D’S with me but I’m looking for someone who actually would enjoy being a Dom and a sadistic Dom at that. We’ve opened our relationship up and I am on the lookout but I have some concerns about how to navigate those two separate dynamics.
