I get bad RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria), and it has twice now mixed with subdrop to make my headspace really negative and vulnerable.. 😞
I overthink things, and freeze up to the point I can't ask for help from my dom, and everything seems ok on the outside until suddenly its becomes obvious something isn't right. He has never given any reason for the dysphoria to be justified, and is amazing ❤️ But I am hoping for advice/tips/techniques to help manage it myself or calm it down to manageable levels, or be able to better communicate with him at the time, especially when my brain freezes and worries about being too needy or a burden..
