Good quality restraints and gags

Hello. I'm 30f looking to get a few items of my own, but don't have a huge budget.
I've looked at some online sex shops eg harmony or love honey and they have some cheaper items but I'm not sure about the quality. I'm specifically looking for cuffs, ball gag, any other interesting gags, and potentially some petplay items. I'm wary of spending money on something that's basically unusable.
Does anyone have recommendations for low/medium price items that are decent quality?
