Should I be open to a long distance relationship?
Post Body

I want to put myself out there, get into a committed long term relationship and dynamic and I want to get married eventually. My problem is: I don’t know if I’ll find someone locally. I live in a big city with a big bdsm community, but I doubt I’ll meet someone locally with the specific needs I have for a relationship/dynamic.

Kink wise I’m sure I would find a lot of good matches but outside of that I have very specific niche interests which I would like to share with my partner. I’m also looking for someone who wants to be a provider. I also have a very big voice kink and only US American accent/voice turns me on (I’m not from the US) and I feel like it’s definitely something my partner needs to have because the voice and the dirty talk is a big part of what satisfies me sexually. I’m also into very muscular man who workout regularly. On top of that I need a man with a secure attachment style. I could list more things but these are the most important aspects. I’m sure there are some US Americans who are into bdsm in my area but again I think it’s difficult to find someone who checks most of the boxes.

Long distance is difficult and I would probably have to relocate to the US (assuming people who I match with will most likely live in the US) but do you think I should be open to it or maybe even need to be open about it because of my specific desires? I’m very conflicted.
