Has anyone ordered from Play in Velvet?

I emailed them about 4 weeks after my order and they said it would be another 2 with holidays and such. Okay, no problem. Now it’s been 6 weeks and I’ve emailed them and they haven’t responded after a few days. Does anyone know how else to get in contact with them or maybe how to proceed? Or how your experience was with them and their products? Thank you :)
