Degrading Advice

I'm new to the BDSM thing. I have a sub who is FtM trans. He has had top surgery but still has a vagina. He prefers masculine terms. The issue comes with degrading him, which is one of his kinks. He as said it's okay to call his clit a baby dick, but I need advice for ways to insult and degrade him without calling him girly or feminine.
