Is it normal to be scared to reach out for new experiences after a long relationship?
Post Body

I was in a relationship for 4 years, and while in that relationship I discovered I was into a multitude of things, however the whole relationship came crashing down last year. Now I have this feeling of want for these different things Iā€™m into and yet Iā€™m terrified to go onto personals subreddits or to try and find someone online, or not online to reconnect with that side of myself. Is it normal to feel this scared about these things?
