Looking for a gag that fits the following:

My wife really likes having something in her mouth during sex - usually for example I will put two fingers in her mouth and she will suck on them, or I will gently "fuck" her mouth with them. The limitation is she doesn't want anything large in her mouth, mostly she doesn't like her jaw being open very far. So my two fingers work great because they're not very "tall". Additionally I love the look of panel gags on her, something covering her lower face.

There are lots of penis style panel gags, but the penis portion is always too big. Even a regular sized ball gag she doesn't like, the ball is too big, and they're not great for sucking. A pacifier style would be good, but we're not into age play and anything infantile would be a turn off for her.

Does anyone know of a penis/panel style gag where the insert-able part is very small in diameter? Thanks!
