Why do I always fall at the last hurdle?

I've previously been in d/s relationships online, I am respectful, attentive, eager, loyal, focused etc. Things are going well and then the slightest push with a task or a rule that isn't quite to my liking/don't particularly wanna do' i can dissappear for a day or two.... it wastes my time and theirs and I don't know why I do it, and I don't want that any more. I know what I am, I want to be it and be a good girl for an owner!
