I have kind of a weird intersection I'm trying to work through and any advice from folks who have dabbled with bdsm and psychosis or partners with psychosis, I would love your input. Hypnosis or not.

So as it is I get a little symptomy with new relationships. The extra dopamine hits tend to trigger some mild delusions. Do ya'll have that same issue? I know that bdsm practices is essentially playing with highs and lows, intentionally triggering them. Do you find scenes to induce symptoms?? Do you have a 24/7 or close to power dynamic where you may be triggered at any point?

But biteing the bullet here... Hypnosis is not recommended for folks with a history of psychosis. So says google. And I know my doctor will also say the same... But I was trying out Bambisleeps with a long distance partner and was having soo much fun with it. I had some symptoms but they ended after the file ended. ... I guess I'm just wondering how risky this could be.

I'm thinking if we put into place that I can't listen without permission so he can check in on me, and spread it out over time, that it could be fine playing with that edge. RACK and all that jazz. But also if things start to shift to me having symptoms outside of the listening tracks, that maybe we back burner it until we're in person so there's more safty around me....

Anyways I just am curious on other's thoughts and opinions.

My delusions are hardwired together with my dopamine so like it's walking a tight rope intentionally every day to find motvation to do things, partnered or not. Kink or not. Symptoms are inevitable. Sigh. Just feeling hopeless about having a partner willing to walk that edge with me.
