Best position for painal ?

Hello everyone,
I know this question could be wierd, and i even didnt thought one day i will ask this. I didnt found any info on google or other part..
Im asking this because im discussing with a sub and she loves painal, i know some position but i asked myself if there position to be without any pain, normally the reverse exist too🤔
Then if anyone have some info i take it gladly.
