Long term trauma from forced orgasm mental overstimulation
Post Body

Hello,

I have a forced orgasm kink, and there was this aspect that worried me. Using a combination of relaxation, hypnosis, some physical stimulation, and also attention, I can get explosive orgasms. Depending of if I direct my attention at enjoying those feelings, or if I direct my attention at something mundane to challenge myself to not cum despite the physical stimulation (think of hysterical literature!), I can get an explosive orgasm in the first case, and an ejaculation without orgasm in the second case.

So, the key to pleasure is to focus on the pleasure! Obvious, right? For me, I can continue to be under overwhelming pleasure for a minute or two (okay, never timed it!) even after all the stimulation has stopped, and I also seem to have the ability to "pleasure lock" myself, in that I can continue focusing my attention on the pleasure to gain more pleasure. Think of being able to laugh just by recalling that you were laughing a moment ago! Indeed, at some point exhaustion keeps in, and the mental self-stimulation cannot keep things going.

The physical stimulation has all stopped or is only minimal. So, physical trauma is out of the way. I'm happy about that! But is it possible for the mental (over)stimulation to result in long term trauma? This is also not a non-consensual situation like rape, but is completely consensual. But it is certainly (mentally) intense in that I can blind out and shut my eyes tight due to the pleasure, losing awareness of the things around me. I worry if extended exposure to such blindening heavenly pleasure can cause any brain damage or trauma, especially if such forced orgasm sessions occur multiple times over the span of weeks, months, or years. Has anyone come across any such incidents?

Thanks for reading, and have a nice day; stay safe!

Tldr: the title.
