Little curious about Punishment/'funishment?'

In general I don't see 'punishment' being part of a dynamic for me, but I'm still a bit curious what punishment (or "funishment") in a dynamic can look like?
I'm mostly curious about the term "funishment" which seems a bit more lighthearted and playful although I think some people use that term because they enjoy being 'punished?'
What are some examples of low level punishments or funishments? Feel free to share from your own relationships.
