What are those bag hood things that villains and kidnappers always have?

It's literally just a cloth bag.
I'm assuming it's just some very basic fabric that slightly restricts breathing. I cannot find these anywhere online to buy, I don't know what they are called or even have a name.
All the BDSM specific ones are either the wrong material or too tight to the face for what I am looking for. I suppose I can improvise here, but I was hoping there would be some for BDSM that were right material/breathability
