How to deal with sub-drop
Post Body

I think I unintentionally and unexpectedly entered subspace yesterday outside of a scene or even sex, really. I think I might be experiencing sub-drop right now (tonight I've been hit with a wave of... idk, sorrow? loneliness? need? that seems connected), but I don't really know what to do about it. I've done a fair amount of research into kink and BDSM so I was able to recognize these things in retrospect but have only recently scratched the surface in actually doing anything so like, I have no clue what actually works best for me personally for dealing with such. How do I deal with sub drop? I haven't told my partner yet what I'm experiencing, partly because I don't really know what I need, I just need _______, and my brain can't fill in the blank to write them a coherent message.
