Advice on going to a local munch in my small(ish) town

Hi all!

I've been on-and-off trying to get more involved with the kink scene over the last year and a bit.

I live about an hour's journey from the nearest big city where lots of events happen, but the distance can make it tricky.

I've just spotted a new munch about a 5 minute walk from my house. Very convenient! However, my town is relatively small and I know a lot of people here.

Is this likely to cause any issues? Possibly I'm just overthinking it, but I like keeping my kinky self separate from the rest of my life.

Interested to hear thoughts from people in a similar situation.
