How do you deal with being ghosted?

I think this is something everyone has faced on some level however you just don’t get used to it.
How do you guys deal with being ghosted? this wasn’t from a kink perspective but an intimate one nonetheless and I guess I’m feeling a bit “did I do something wrong” (aim to please always right?)
