How to be a dom

I thought I was a good dom, but it turns out I have no idea what I’m doing. Seems like it was more of a top/bottom situation. My (M28) gf (F29) wants a true, hardcore dom (impact play, CNC, kink). I don’t have any experience with that, and for her, it ruins it to tell me what to do, or coach me in any capacity.
How do I get better at this? I feel like I need a coach or something to teach me how to do it properly. Anyone mind chatting or dropping some advice?
