I've recently started to a new lockup in chastity and since balls are presented well with cage, I've been interested to try some CBT like hitting to my balls.

I want to try this by myself and it won't be very much possible to go too harsh as its my own body but still I wanted to ask for an advice before starting.

I got some questions if you don't mind, does light spanking with hand cause harm? How to make sure I don't damage my balls / hurt myself? Does this play cause harm to body and reproductive system? I want to have kids in future so I'm not willing to risk damaging my balls. And lastly, what could damage my balls?

I'm just looking to try new things and do it safely. I hope you can help me with this. Thanks!
