Munches With Social Anxiety. HOW??? Tips Appreciated

So I've learned more about BDSM being on FetLife this past week than I ever have yet. I've heard munches are a great idea. But I am so fucking socially awkward/anxious, and that magnifies by 10 when talking out loud about sexual things. Would I even talk to anyone? Would anyone come up to me? What do I say? I'm probably overthinking this but any tips would be greatly appreciated.
