Okay so I'm into some some pain play I'm not a serious masochist but the feeling of getting over pain quickly like bites scratches etc I really enjoy!

But here's the thing usually whenever I see pain play or masochism it's usually received by the submissive for the purposes of pleasure or to make them obedient.

But for me the feeling of adrenaline and the feeling when the pain fades away and you just have the lingering sensation that's not unpleasant just the feeling that remains after the pain ends. It makes me feel incredibly powerful and dominant. Like I'm drunk off of the fact that it hurt but it doesn't bother me and I beat the sensation of pain. It's almost a primal sensation that makes me want to pin down my partner and make them hurt me more.

Im not entirely sure how to describe it so I was just wondering if anyone else here feels the same and whether there are any kinks that explore that.
